In this phase the feasibility is assessed, system choice made and design finished. Furthermore, a PoR and a definitive monitoring and management plan is written. For the feasibility assessment and PoR, functional and technical requirements are set-up and additional investigations are carried out (including into drainage, trees, groundwater, noise and vibrations).
