In this phase, the focus for the municipality is on

tendering and subsequently contract management. A

contractor will eventually construct the UWS system.

During this phase there is of course frequent contact

between the municipality and the contractor for

supervision and communication. This phase is

concluded with the handover to the maintenace

parties and an evaluation of the first four phases.
